Final Fantasy Part 3

Alright, So I WAS 43 minutes into the game. It's pretty despite me not having an HDTV (the game isn't HD anyway). Like most final fantasy games the beginning is heavy on the story so not much of me actually playing has occurred. But I did something stupid. I had saved, when prompted, but then I was gallivanting around the town talking to people and learning things then I went out and started bulling around the local fauna. I neglected my hit points and I died ... stupidly. Now I have to start over from 20 minutes ago. oh well. On ward!

Final Fantasy Part 2

I have returned with the game! I was kind of disappointed in the fact that it was so easy for me to get the game. I was expecting to hunt the surrounding country side for it only to end up standing in an arduous line. That didn't happen. This is what happened. After hearing that the game was only ~40 at circuit city, I decided to save some cash and go there. Then before I left on my expedition I looked to see what time the store opened. 10am. Talk about prolonging the anguish. I got there about 10 minutes early. There were other people waiting in their cars too. All looked older than the target demographic for FFXII so I assumed they were just anxious to spend their money on something else. And I'm sure I was perhaps the only one enjoying a fresh Mocha from starbucks. The store opened. There was FFXII, waiting for me like a beautiful woman in something new from Victoria’s Secret. Well, maybe not quite like that. I bought it. I notice another guy, perhaps my age, that bought FFXII as well. I thought about saying something, to extend good will to another human. But I didn't. Overall this wasn't much of an adventure. Part 3 will follow once I'm into the game a bit. Stay tuned. Or whatever.

Final Fantasy

I know. I've really dropped the ball when it came to keeping this place up to date. I'm sure everyone and their grandmother comes here everyday hoping to see another wonderful grouping of words by their favorite scribe only to be woefully disappointed. Alas, I am sorry. But here I am now!
But continuing the story of Water and the Garden is not the reason I visit. Though, I'm sure you're all extremely disappointed in that. No. I come to share you of my adventure of Final Fantasy XII! A play by play, blow by blow adventure of me and me trying to procure FFXII!
Part 1:
Writhing with excitement for the past few days this morning approached like a glacier. I did not wait in line at midnight like some. Though I probably would've had I known a store that was doing that. No, I've waited until the morning. I didn't even reserve a copy! You've all just gasped, I'm sure. No! I chose to find my copy on release day with no assistance from corporations. To compound matters I am in an unfamiliar place but near a place of great familiarity. So I entrusted google maps in getting me to where I know the lay of the land. Also, to my dismay, I've found that the stores don't open until 10am. Yes, I know there's Wal-Mart, but I'd rather not give them my business unless absolutely necessary.
I will post part two when I return. But first BREAKFAST!
